While many of our glass products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge to preserve the finish and longevity of the seals.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 10-day easy return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement.
Does my InstaCuppa product come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 1-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects. You can register your product on our website to activate it.
Are the materials used in your products BPA-free?
